Drumming Essentials Lesson: Ostinato explained

This was one of the things I struggled with when trying to learn the drums. That, and keeping my balance on the stool when my legs were moving. I eventually gave up on the idea of being a performer. I can _hear_ a groove, I just can't move to it in real time. Rather focus on only composing than to try to have it all. Sincere admiration of others with talents I don't have can also be fulfilling. I'm glad I learned that, at least.
