Done both. Hourly much, much better. Salaried is a pain. You're on-call after you get home and they call you on weekends with absurd deadline changes. Even though you have flexibility, they violate you when they feel like it. Your time is the most expensive commodity that we voluntarily give up for money. Great video again.
