I think the good side of chaos gods is more of a fantasy thing where there is less bad emotion flueing them and more people worshipping them as regular gods.
If half of the galaxy suddenly started to consider chaos gods as positive force, they still would be evil, as they are created of negative emotions, but also do nice things from time to time. Kinda like Greek mythology gods.
Also, since when that bastard Kargos got so philosophical? You wanna tell me the apothecary famous for spitting acid and blood into people’s eyes also reads a thesaurus?

Khornes “honor” is more akin to “Fight the warriors first, THEN you can burn down the orphanage.”
