Colloquium on Resolution of Financially Distressed Financial Institutions, Day 2

Recorded Sept 14, 2020 - Hosted by the Centre for Business Law, with the support of the International Insolvency Institute, the colloquium is aimed at allowing practitioners, policymakers and judges to exchange ideas on the most effective mechanisms for resolution of financially distressed financial institutions.
