Playing professionally since 16 Luke Ptomey studied at Berklee College of Music under teachers such as Mike Mangini, Kim Plainfield, Skip Hadden, Ernesto Diaz, Mark Walker, Steve Wilkes and more. Whilst in Boston Ptomey joined touring band and recording artist Endangered Speeches, Buffalo Soul(Tubby Love, Mariletta Konstantara) and Bhrigu Sahni.
After returning to the Florida keys Luke Ptomey led several groups in south Florida as well as preformed with several touring artist and world musicians plus starting Island Music School and as owner founder and principal teacher Luke has been on his way to reshaping the view of the arts in his community.
