It is reasonable to not fight Capitano in Natlan patch since he's currently an ally but the situation can be the same like Arlecchino where we'll fight Capitano in his story quest. But without raising any hopes, the chances of him being playable is really low

I think Ororon being a 4-star is for the people who don't have the primos but want lore important characters. It's like Ningguang, she's 100% deserving of the 5 star role. Seeing her status in Teyvat, and her importance to the Liyue Archon Quest qualifies her. Same as Ororon, he deserves it, seeing his role and such. I honestly don't think that HYv will change it, as said in the video, would mess up schedules in the banner runs & have to edit his kit to be more "5-star"-like.
