Not bad. Most of this skin's skill effect passes my criteria. It's better than Veigar Bad Santa Skin.
There are some few enhancement with Whimsy skill effect on the allied and enemy champion, other than that, all good.

Why not add a little more movement to her pet Asol it looks bad ingame just levitating unlike other skins which looks like pixie is really alive
