After fatal fire, inspectors find Broward home overcrowded with tenants

Of course, many Latinos down in Florida literally squeeze 3 and 4 families into one home and sometimes 6 to 7 families on just one property. Meanwhile county workers are Harrassing Black owners that are innocent/ mild offenders for bogus reasons. But they are constantly overlooking major issues like this. One key sign is 9 and 11 running vehicles at a single family home.

I currently have a few properties in Florida with 3 being empty. Those 3 are all boarded-up nicely. Last year alone I received 6 or 7 notices with 3 or 5 tickets ( not including previous year). Only one notice was valid do to the grass in the backyard (still foolish reason). Meanwhile a latino neighbor 5 houses down had a medium sized pile of trash with Electronics, palms and other household items sitting outside their gate taking up the sidewalk for 11 months (we took pictures). I had to make 4 trips down there for reasons that were ridiculous even for the lawyer. They where even trying to take one of the properties and I know for sure it was based on me continuously turning down a particular offer to sell.

Florida is just way too corrupt in racist now!

Romeing house is a problem renting to 7 people $600 each person very sad this is my belief why so many in a home dont be afraid old lady speak up trump is watching

At the end of the day only the county winning they about to take possession of the land and build a brand new house on it it’s a cruel country we live in
