Hi Jae. I've had good luck with voice cloning when I lower the variability to 10% to 25%. It also helps when you have submit a voice sample of each emotion to get a more human sounding clone.

Man, this is something. But what i want to see is this. Non native english speaker, records a voice. AI comes, recognize the words, gets the tone of voice and reproduce it with another one.
To be honest, i would've said it was you in all your tests.

Thank you so much! About an hour ago I bought the $22 plan. Your post here is a very good source for information on this product. There is a FAQ menu drop down and some brief videos, so this is a great addition to anyone trying to learn the product.
I am not real knowledgeable on TSS, but this seems to me absolutely incredible!! The voices are good! My cloned voice, not so much, in fact, not even close. Actually it sounded quite a bit like your clone voice, which does not sound like you.
I am trying to make a half dozen YT videos, me being a host of a show. So now I need to decide to go with my regular voice for my show character or generate one of these excellent 11lab voices. BTW Great video! I subscribed!

Already scared but at the same time excited I like the idea of iconic voices never being lost or able to tell stories of the past and stories of the new but at the same time what does that do to the Morgan Freeman's out there that have that distinct voice now happened to compete with Morgan free software. The jump of technology is always scary at one point in time everybody was lining up to go to the theater to see a live performance that an actor had to be skilled to perform repeatedly through the course of the night, weeks, months on tour then came movie theaters which required 1 good performance and the ability to make mistakes and fix them before the final product the product was released and guaranteed a perfect performance every single time it was played across wherever it was played at the exact same time and at all hours. Now we're coming up on the time with AI being able to do things in ways that we could do them but in a faster and more efficient way to a certain extent and may not require as much skill to guarantee a set level of perfection. I'm not for it I'm not against it I look at it the same way some people looked at hip-hop and sampling there were people that felt it took no skill to do what we were doing by sampling other music. The only scary board is whether laws the government or just the people growing up in this future AI world can tell the difference cover what's real and fake when it comes to the many evils in this world. Paraphrasing another YouTuber "this is the worst AI will ever be"

I suspect it will sound more like you as you add more samples. Over the past few years I've been training up voices with Coqui (the new name for Mozilla TTS after that team left Mozilla), and my experience tells me more data => better voices.

Does it support other languages than english? And I wished there was an open source software that you can make your own training at home.

J., I don't think you should rely on your own judgment to determine how authentic a clone of your own voice sounds. It would probably be better and more interesting to let several other people who know you listen and rate the authenticity.
