Funny how Batman's A plan isn't basically "Call Superman" since he has all of the tactical advantages Batman was planning for as super powers.
Resistence to extreme acid. Check. Ability to make extreme heat and cold attacks from a distance. Check. Not to mention, super speed, to
evacuate potential human hosts from an area and stay ahead of an outbreak.

Batman's plan would be to organize and coordinate a Justice League level response to an alien outbreak. Direct engagement would be an emergency option.
Use Superman, Supergirl, the Green Lanterns, Shazam family, and the Flash.
