Actually, the women's league had negative profits. Their costs don't cover the revenue. So they're actually subsidized by the men's team. The money the women's team is getting paid is coming directly from the MEN's teams. So the men are getting paid 7% of the revenue minus the amount given to the women. The women's team is technically getting infinite % since they're getting paid 20% of a net negative profit. So let's say they are losing $100M but still getting paid $30M. So that $130M is coming from the men's league. To be clear these figures are just an illustration.
