Another great tip is to let your subs know that watching your content on a TV or streaming device (Roku, Apple TV, or casting to a TV) will put ads on it that will always be premium without a way to ad block, thus increasing your CPM, and "Platform" P-Value

I just made a video over 10 minutes. My most recent is 16 minutes. Video analytics shows that I'm getting 8:02 average view duration, but YouTube is calculating this as 5.6%. Anyone who has taken middle school math knows that 8 is not 5.6% of 16. On this same vid, traffic sources show I'm getting over 10% click through on browse features, but only 1.1% click through on suggested, so YouTube obviously doesn't know WHO to suggest my video to. And today, the number of suggested impressions (where I was getting good click-through) dropped through the floor.
