Oh it's definitely my favorite. Walmart near me sells it in their deli section. I always buy 2-3 blocks at a time. Paired with their Farm stand brand cilantro jalapeno salsa scooped up generously with tostidos shell chips and it's perfection. A scoop of salsa chased by a bite of old croc sharp cheddar and you'll never desire another salsa or cheese again.

Until yesterday 2/11/25 I've never new about this cheese. I was at the Littleton NH Food Coop and I was looking at their "choice" cheese of the week in their Specialty Cheese Dept. Way to expensive for me. So as I was walking away I seen a plate of the Old Croc X-sharp being sampled and tried some. I really liked it and it was a price I could swallow. Seems brittle with a little crunch that I found interesting but very good.
