@conikicon008 That's the way to do it. I also workout daily, first with my free weights and then on the Bow Flex Ultimate 2. I have a routine where I switch around the exercises every so often. Nice to see you have fun working out.

@trainorgohome Thanks for the compliment however at the time of shoot the temperature was 13 degrees celsius, hence the lack of sweat. Sweat is simply a sign of the body overheating and it's attempt to cool itself, and not an indicator of intensity, in other words you can work hard in a cool environment and not sweat visibly. It's starting to get hotter here as we've just entered spring, soon we'll be working our with the air condition and fans on full. Thanks again for the compliment.
