This is actually so inspiring. I moved back to my hometown last year after graduating but don’t have many friends here anymore and I’ve been using that as an excuse to not go out even though I want to. I’ve been missing out on events, activities, and outings I want to go to due to shame of looking weird for being alone. I’m going to start practicing spending time alone in public, thanks Syd! ❤

I feel the same way Syd. I’m 22 and last year when I was doing gardening work I had to literally bend forward for a minute straight to fill up the watering can—EVERY TIME. My advice to you from sum1 who’s not by any means a medical expert: take some Tylenol or other painkillers if u need to and try to not sleep on ur stomach if u have more than 1 pillow most of the time (ur spine will thank u later). I really like being alone, it's great to spend my private life so much, idk but I'm feeling so cool when I get out from my cottage, riding a motorcycle to find a dinner place, do grocery shopping, clean my room cottage, no friends, and it just enjoyable for me
