Here are a few things to note about your playing. You seem to have substantial control of your accents. However, I think you need to readjust your harness to match your height because it looks a little high. You should also hold the sticks a little higher with your hands. About 1/4 the height of the stick. On Vic Firth sticks right where the American flag is. And one more thing. The grip you're using is match grip, its fine for concert band and most other places, but in a marching band or drumline, you might want to practice traditional grip. It's usually the standard for drumlines and if you learn now you'll have an edge over others who haven't

You don't need your elbows so far out.

Classic cadence! Tune the head, keep those elbows in, and clean up those doubles and you will be good to go! #KeepPracticing

Love the cadence, left hand is always holding the stick in traditional except for certain cadences.

try using moving only your wrist on your strokes not your arms and keeping your sticks nice and center on the drum also I cant tell what rolls your trying to play but if your trying to play buzz rolls you should make it a lot more closed and smooth and crisp and if their suppose to be diddles you really really have to open them up and get those nice diddles out and try playing more through the drum and not feather tapping on the head and also if you can learn traditional grip thats all I have to say I say you should find some exercises and drill them until you can get better

Relaxation can do this man some help
The advice i keep giving people is, relax
Some broke 2 mallets in 1 day, WTF RELAX
Someone can’t play a rhythm, oh they’re tensed up, relax
Someone has an uneven roll, relax
