I watched an auction and these longhorns sold from 3, 500 to over 90, 000 dollars. My question is if they sale for prices like this how can you sale them as beef cattle?

My great uncle owns a slaughter house and I work for him and sometimes we have to shoot the longhorns in their trailers because they're too big horn wise to fit in the schut
