You have two wifi cards installed by the looks of it. Wireless ac 1550ac and realtek 8835bu (the wifi 6 stick). Should you not have the other one disabled first. Otherwise how are you sure it is using the realtek 8835bu ?

0:57 'looks like a CD player'... What looks like a CD player? Is the installation file hardwired on the adapter. Do you mean that a CD icon comes up, but there is no CD. It's just a CD icon but it's actually the installation file?

I have the exact same model and I bought it because it says it has hotspot capabilities but it doesn't. I have a cheaper usb wifi adapter which is plug and play (this one is not) and it is both a receiver and a hotspot if I want. This one was a waste of money for what I needed it.
