I left it on for 5 minutes and that was enough. Especially if you do it once a week. Too much protein can cause breakage. I try to be careful about that since I have natural curls that are fine. Great product. Love it.

I just picked up a kit from quick cut salon for $21.99. It comes with shampoo, conditioner and free finishing spray. Ive been getting my hair done (root touch up) from this lady who became my go to hair "stylist." I love how my hair smell and how smooth it is after getting root touch up done. On my third trip today i finally ask my hair stylist what products did she use on my hair and she said K pak. I sat across the rack where they have this products on sale. Now my hair gets to smell and look as nice as if i just came out from the re purchase with out a doubt. Thanks for your honest review.

Hello, I am wondering why do you say it s a light protein treatment although the brand named it intense hydrate ?
