This video demo would have been perfect if we got a close up of the texture of the ice cream when done

One thing I noticed is that it doesn't shut off when it's finished. It only shuts off after a couple of minutes after you stop the machine from churning. Besides that, I'm loving it

Can your ice cream makers also do soft ice cream, or do you have to buy the ICE-45 unit for that?

For me, I followed the strawberry ice cream recipe in the included booklet, but skimped on the sugar, and substituted strawberries with the frozen mixed berry mix from Costco. Blended together with magic bullet and Costco mango juice. One thing I noticed was that the plastic piece used to mix the bowl only stayed in place when I put the lid on.

I've tried twice to make gelato with only coconut milk, which has pretty much the consistency of cow milk with no results. The liquid gets a little thicker after 60 minutes (double the time required) but it's not gelato and not even frozen yogurt. I then tried to put the -still - liquid in the freezer and hours later it's barely frozen on the surface. I followed your instructions but clearly something's amiss here. If I have to put a liquid in the freezer to get gelato, then I don't need the appliance. Very frustrating to say the least.
Hope I can get some advice here or else I will return the appliance. Thanks!

My plastic churner doesn’t move? Is it suppose to turn?

Did you pour milk & cream or just milk?

Hi @Cuisinart I just purchased this exact model. It's beautiful... but I'm ready to make my first ice cream and the (freezing gel?) liquid within the walls of the bowl has not frozen completely. I've had it in my very cold freezer for about 32 hours now. It sounds slushy but not solid. I saw in here, that "you know your freezer bowl is ready then it's solid inside and does not make any noise when you shake it." Is that true? Or can I make ice cream when it's just slushy sounding? Does this bowl ever get solid? Thank you in advance!
- I'm looking forward to playing and creating many exciting flavours now in freezing, snowy January so I'm ready for summer! ;)

precisa levar o boa ao freezer antes de começar a fazer o sorvete?

Butter pecan seems like a flavor a 97 year old woman would love.

Big fail.

Terrible video- no clarification on how to operate the machine. Almost as if those points are meant to be kept secret.

It's pecan. (P-can) like Peter (P-ter) or P-each (P-each). 🤦🏽‍♂️
