Bro i bought yesterday the inpulse 500 and i want to use virtual dj but it didn't recognize the controller...i tried your steps but the virtual dj app is not showing the mapping it says keyboard or custom mapping...please help me im usine virtual dj 7 btw please help!!

FOR EVERYBODY SAYING THE HEADPHONES DON'T WORK: it is normal to hear one deck at a time. you can switch wich deck you hear with those small headphone buttons next to each deck.

man thanks for this. I was given a Hercules DJ control instinct but didnt have its software so someone told me about virtual dj, but i never knew how to connect the device to it. IDK ANYTHING about MIDI im just now learning but thanks for this vid im gonna try this out and hope it works. I've had this controller for a month now and havent been able to do shit with it

The headphone works, the problem is, not in the same time . in the mixing position i don't know how to hear two songs togheter ? for example i don't have the speakers and i wanna hear them from ma headphone ! can you help ?
