That double play by Betts in the 1st was huge. If he gets out any other way a run definitely scores on the Hernandez double, not to mention it could make the inning get out of hand quick and given sales first inning struggles that play really proved to be a game changer even though it didn’t seem like it then.

Orlando with the clutch knock again. Whatever people want to say about him, he has sort of quietly woken up his bat the past month or so and had some pretty big hits in some pretty big games. If the Braves make it to the postseason, his late season play will be one of the reasons.

Chris Sale is the Cy Young winner for this year and it's not even all that close. Frankly he's the best starting pitcher in all of baseball and it's also not very close their. His numbers are dominant and he leads in pretty much every category that matters. And all it cost Atlanta was Vaughn Grissom who forgot how to stay healthy and hit in Boston
