First, government utna hi building banane dete hai jinta maximum limit hai. Agar TDR dekar extra permission de raha he development krne k liye. Agar oh build karne baad building gir jaye toh?
Or government trr dekar extra development benefit de raha hai to utna development benefit pehle qui nehi diya?
