This devil fruit is easily admiral caliber. Imagine someone else with it. Especially knowing that mixing it with observation haki can be insanely OP. Enel used it pretty good but this devil fruit is godlike

Although not the most offensive devil fruit like magma, it's definitely the most destructive. No other fruit has portrayed this level of shear power. The closest being quake. Just think of how much bigger and more powerful this attack would be in the blue sea. He'd be able to constantly do it to.

I'm not saying eneru himself is beating a yonko or even an admiral in a fight. But when it comes to devil fruits, his definitely outclasses theirs by far. Someone around the strength of pre gear 2 luffy was capable of doing all this just because of a fruit. Put this same fruit in the hands of a admiral or yonko and just think of how much stronger they'd be. Not to mention in terms of speed he's only outclassed by kizaru, though he can move in more than one direct at a time. If this fruit was given to someone who was actually strong and they learned how to master it, just think of what they'd be capable of.
