Android APK file not installed (2023 solution fixed) both Min & Target SDK changed to lower no.

1) Set Min SDK to a lower no. (e.g. 9)
2) Set Target SDK to a lower no. (e.g. 16)
3) Set Install Location to Internal only

Smartphone model: Samsung A80
Android version: 11
I replaced a pic. in my apk file and the APK editor created a new resigned file afterwards. The re-installaion works fine on my Sony XZ Premium with older Android 9 but not on the A80. I used to modify and re-install another old app. on the A80 successfully, showing low SDK numbers. So I gave this app. a shot this time and it worked.

I've tried using this app to bump max SDK of an app but... this app is to old for Android 14 😂
Android 14 causes too much backward compatibility issues...
