Many thanks James - I realized my many mistakes investing seeing this video. I had to look up and then do some chart research. Several things I goofed on #1 timing buys, #2 failure to look at charts before I buy, #3 cashing out my mining earnings (clearly from my research it is best to wait till a Monday or Sunday to do that to optimize profit). Once again thanks - this brings for me better decision making via your education.

If one were to start using this today for BTC, wouldn't it be wise to set the backtest start date to this time 4 years ago? That way you can test your settings based on market conditions as they were at exactly the same time in the previous cycle?

I DCA because I get paid monthly and it’s one of the best strategies. I find winners, just buy and hold.

One way DCA beats lump sum is not everyone has a big wad of cash just waiting to be dumped into the market but a larger number of people can make a cut here and there in their spending habits and then put that into an asset.

But DCAS > DCA.

You are looking more healthy these days, and that is great! Remember, all this money will mean nothing at the end of the day if you don't THA aswell (time health average ;)). Mindfully take breaks, stretch, exercise, eat well, sit in the sun, smile... otherwise it all means nothing :)
