Fabulous tutorial video, Kimberly!! Thanks for introducing me to this new platform. When I tested out the Clone Generator by video recording myself reading a script, my eyes wandered away from the camera. Do you have any tips or tricks to not appear as though you're reading from a script for either the HeyGen tool, or just recording videos for YouTube in general?

To be clear:

1. I can use this with an avatar based upon a client (presumably reading that disclaimer)?

2. I can use streaming avatars to respond to live user queries?

A. Can that streaming avatar be a client’s avatar?

B. What format does a “knowledge base” have to be in? That’s a pretty vague term.
