Loud is the part of her career where she showed a lot of skin and she said her songs are 'flirty'. This video shows how she felt during that era. She felt exposed and helpless.She felt like she's naked infront of everyone and people are saying things about her so she decided not to listen. Just like her song "Cheers" from Loud said, "People gonna talk whether you're doing bad or good." The dark liquid that came from her ear may be the sign of her next album which is darker than Loud.

Room one is sweet and innocent like she was with her first two albums "A Girl Like Me" and "Music Of The Sun", room two has more of a pop theme to it and shows how with "Good Girl Gone Bad" she exited her innocent stage, the men in the room could represent "Run This Town", Room Three shows her getting ready for her next era and she goes from a white outfit showing she still had innocence to a very dark outfit which she wears in room four which represents "Rated R", which was very dark, this was when she became more edgy as well which is where the tattooing comes from considering she started getting more and more around this era, and room five represent her "LOUD" era where she was still having mixed emotions about how she felt, she still had depression and the people crowding the room represent the press and others saying things about her and still bringing up the whole Chris incident so she tried to shut herself away but they kept looking in on her personal life.

so it's 5th room -> LOUD

she comes in a "bathtub" (SHELL) and is taking of the dark blue-purples color off. Loud was very colorful and happy era for her. She is "cleaning" herself from all the thoughts from rated r era. the people outside the room are the people judging her. "Know your worth" well it was when everyone judge her about Chris and her relationship and other stuff about her private life. "Drowing out the whispers" well you can't clearly hear anyone saying when you are underwater right? "She knows she cannot hide" well she can't from the paparazzi and all the ppl talking about her. I don't have theory about the second video when a little girl comes into the room and puts the sand from the box. All we know that the box inside has the "skeleton" of the bedroom in it. Which probably is her house in Barbados. Don't know about the sand tho. We know that anti room is full of it

Rated R definitely stirred up controversy for Rihanna, with its dark sound and imagery, but also with her darker persona. Loud was almost the antithesis to Rated R with an almost squeaky clean image, hence her being in the tub, but there was still some residual darkness in some of the songs. Rated R was her darkest era, while Loud was Rihanna's brightest, vibrant era immediately because I think she missed her innocence. She mourned the loss of it so publicly, in such a deep way, and I think her Loud era tapped back into that, which is why her younger self emerged through the voices. She'd lost her innocence, but she didn't want to remain in the darkness.
