I love the concept of a duplex because the exterior can look like a normal single family home, but it's a more affordable way to fit 2 families in the home! I agree, I think an Expansion Pack should always come with a complete set of everything. Complete set of bedroom furniture, that includes matching double and single bed. Complete set of kitchen furniture with fridge, stove and hopefully we see a build-in microwave one day, why can't we layer our appliances into build-in kitchen cabinets? It is a thing irl after all. And lastly, complete set of bathroom stuffs and living room furniture. It is an EP, and it ain't cheap, we should be getting a full deal to create a complete home. honestly, I love the like storyline ideas of changing a basement to a rental or multi-family home. feel like I've seen a lot of people building apartments already. keep doing unique home ideas. Also, I'm Canada Ontario and we have a lot of duplexes in my area as well!

I love the footprint of this house and and different layouts for each one, as if one bought a large home and turned it into a duplex! Very pretty. So far I like the pack. It feels more social driven than some of the others. I feel like no matter where you build, it will be nice. A lot of content creators are focusing on the new locale. So if you choose to build in other places, it will be appreciated I am sure.

Love this. I live in a duplex (both sides are similar but not exactly the same - except for square footage). I would love to see you build multi unit homes in all the worlds that match their aesthetic

I love this, it brings back memories. My Grandparents raised their 5 kids in a dup then eventually bought it and the house next door. They lived in the house and rented out the dup, did that for about 30 yrs. They were extremely strict with their rules. They pretty much raised me in that house also, I used to help fix up the dumps, my favorite was painting them. So maybe build some sort of rental, be it a dup or not, and the landlord live next door?

So far I’m enjoying For Rent. So far I managed to put 2 houses on a 30x20 lot and made the basement of one of the houses into a additional unit which made it into 3 units in total.

girl covid is in a nasty wave right now and every time you get it your immune system will get damaged even if it seems mild. that’s why so many people are sick all the time now even if it’s not covid—it makes you more susceptible to anything and everything. i’d test if i were you and mask when you go out—it’s not worth getting chronic/lifelong problems just to ignore it! love the build and hope you’re taking the time to rest ❤

I have the pack and haven't even touched the new world or gameplay just yet, I've been too engrossed in using it to build various multi-unit lots in each world for my saves so I have more options for gameplay. I've seen so many speedbuilds of people enjoying making functional multi-unit lots, but I've primarily seen a lot of apartments and townhouses compared to other multi-unit types. I think it would be very useful for players if you did a series of making at least one multi-unit lot type in each world, maybe pack limited to basegame-ForRent-and the world you're building in, but also pack limited not a requirement just a nice option for some of the builds maybe. I also think this could be a good series because it could give players more options with extra variety in how many units the lots have; some people really want to play only with multi-generational builds to keep family members close, and others really want to use the new cheat to have more than the base 6-units to play around with.
I don't know, there's so many options. I would just love to see even more of your gorgeous builds, Ashley. They're always so stunning. Loved this speedbuild btw, thank you so much for making it and uploading it for us all!
