The Most Alarming Magnet Fishing Find Ever!! (Even The Police Were Shocked) Today my friend and I went magnet fishing next to the Newport prison here in Arkansas and found something extremely deadly magnet fishing that even the police were shocked. This thing could have killed someone so the police involved confiscated our magnet fishing find and said it was highly illegal and just to dangerous to keep it. This isn't the first time police have taking our magnet fishing finds from us. This was definitely our most alarming magnet fishing find ever and we are happy that the police officers confiscated this magnet fishing find because it could have killed someone in the pass and could bring closure to some ones family member. If you enjoyed this magnet fishing video hit that like and check out my other magnet fishing videos out. #MagnetFishing #Police #Alarming

The cable you're finding is choker cable used in logging and with construction work if it was power line you wouldn't be able to grab it with a magnet because it'd be copper or aluminum

These guys are good at misidentifing just about everything they pull out of the water.

The officers in this video are the true recipients of my "thumbs up " or "like". Excellent job Officers. Thank you for your service. Not every aspect of our existence has to be locked down.

That first heavy thing was a old electric motor case that was cut up for scrap and then dumped in the water after they got the copper. FYI

The Scientifica Atlanta was an old cable box for TV's. Usually used in the 80's and 90's on old tube TV's that didnt come with remote controls.

A t2.20 that is half of a electric motor housing, someone took out the copper and dumped the rest.

The first big scrap rusted part was a motor housing, the double ended cable probably a snapped pull or lift cable (powerlines are copper or aluminum wire with copper plating). And copper is non-ferous (no iron, non magnetic).

Not a power line that's called a choker... its used in rigging. When you attach a crain to something those are the cables they use and they call it a choker... different people call it different things but I've always heard it called a choker.

The “power line” is a steel tow cable. Power lines are made of copper and NOT magnetic.

Ok, I've watched about a half dozen of your videos and I'm amazed at what y'all find , wow. Plus it's nice to get to see the gentler side of law enforcement, much respect to them.

Always so nice to see the good cops!! I've seen a few videos where they've been rude so it's nice to see more videos of them being nice!

Not a power line, its solid stranded wire, more like a guy wire for a power line, its the cables that keep the power poles from blowing over in wind you usually see them wrapped in yellow plastic on the bottoms
