Super Tight Budget DMM Series - Episode I

Today we take a look at the super affordable PeakMeter PM8233D+ DMM (sold by Camway store on Amazon) and put it through the paces. Is it any good? We find out.

This is the first installment in a planned series of very low cost multimeters that cost under $14.99 (or less) and have all the basic functions of an electronics bench multimeter (including capacitance).

Bonjour, I am a French and I have no training in electricty, electronics, and so forth. But I have a house where I setup electric lines, and since it's in wood I need to check a minimum parameters like "it this plug really on earth (I dont' speak of myself). SO i bought this peakmeter pm233d thing at random which is delivered with a manual I mostly don't understand... and here you are, with video of yours so useful for me ! Thanks a lot ! :)

Hello, a question, i have the selector on V tilde and the tips not connected to anything, the values are continuously changing with some even above 100mV. Is that normal?
