At 41 years old I started having digestive issues and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Crohn's is an autoimmune disease that affects the gut. I now have to go to the hospital and get biologic medicine every 8 weeks to stay health. I'm convinced that my problems are related to these contaminates in our food. My new years resolution is cook more healthy meals at home using only whole and organic foods.

Can you look at "normal" store-bought cheese like cheddar? Good color for contrast with white plastic fibers. Just wondering if the issue is factory-made American Singles or factory-made cheese in general.

We consume 5 grams of plastic per week. The same weight as a plastic bottle cap and enough shredded plastic to fill a porcelain soup spoon. We've got to get it cleaned out of our oceans and make more of it recyclable so it doesn't keep going into the landfills. Or just avoid using it all together.

This is why I eat vegetable, beans, legumes, nuts, grains, berries and fruit. Plant based diets have fewer environmental pollutants.

Fun fact plastic cheese originally got it’s name not because it had micro plastic or was wrapped in plastic Brit because it’s made eight a mold

Any cheese that’s molded and shaped is called plastic. So even Sargent I cheese is plastic because it’s shaped and molded
