I have never left a question and gotten an answer. So first of all, I need to find out where to submit questions. I was just diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my shoulder, and I am wondering whether I should use the cool setting or hot. Both have given some temporary relief, but my distributor believes the cooler setting is better for inflammation. I’m not sure. I’m also looking for a good bedtime protocol.

Hi Kimberly and Alberto, This is Greg and Janah Monarch unfortunately this is our second Itera wand classic. This second one is having the same problem we had with the first one. Please, dont get me wrong we love it! It works and does what it says. We would like to get another one. I wonder if the classic is the way to go? The serial # is S/N:USA 23535.
