That’s not a Tweet by Trump himself, but by his sidekick - the social media account manager that you often see in the background, who has clear instructions on how to tweet like/as Trump, and who tweets a Lot on Trump’s behalf from his account.

However, Trump’s writing style is so distinctive - that is, it’s always a bit garbled, usually has spelling mistakes and woeful grammar, and also has terrible construction - that the clearly worded, spelt and constructed tweets are always a tell-tale sign that they’re not actually by or from Trump, but by what you may as well call Backup Trump.

As such, they’re not literally by Trump himself, and should be ignored.
