Ive had one a few months now. Its a great tool. My only gripe is that you cant check the charge level of the battery with it in the tool.

The clip actually pulls up I found that out on accident

They give trouble i have 1 and its not biting when you use an sds bit with it.
The bossman has 1 aswell and he has brought it back .a few times to get fixed.
We mainly use.them for drilling 8.or 10mm holes for frame or joist fixing with an express nail.
Dewalt make good tools but this one is the worst of their toolrange

What if you smashed it up with a pointy hammer? Would that not work as well?
