Zinger Burger
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs 4
Butter milk 1 cup
Hot sauce 2-½ tbsp
Black pepper ground to taste
Salt to taste
Burger buns 4
Oil for frying
Butter optional as required
Lettuce as required
For Mixing:
Flour 1 cup
Corn starch 2-½ tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Paprika powder ¼ tsp
Cayenne pepper ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Burger sauce:
Mayonnaise half cup
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Mustard sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
Marinate the chicken: In a large mixing bowl, add buttermilk, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and add chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Make the dredging mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, oregano, white pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Fry the chicken:
When ready to cook, place a large pot or saucepan over medium-high heat and add 2 inches of oil. Heat the oil to 350˚F (177˚C)
Working one at a time, remove each piece from the marinade. Shake to remove excess, and then place it in the dredging mix and coat thoroughly. Tap off the excess.
Slowly lower the breaded chicken pieces into the oil. You’ll notice that the temperature will drop slightly, so adjust the heat so that the temperature will stay between 300-350˚F. (Make sure not to crowd the pan).
Fry each piece for about 10-14 minutes, turning each piece every 2 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F
Remove the chicken from the oil and place on a cooling rack. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
Make the burger sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients.
Assemble Zinger Burger: Toast the buns on a skillet or grill until golden brown. Then spread softened butter on the cut-side of the buns.
Place the bottom bun on a plate. Then spread some burger sauce. Place the crispy chicken on top, add lettuce, and drizzle more burger sauce.
Add the top bun on top. Serve hot with French fries and salad.

Potato twister
Ingredients:
Cornstarch 3/4 cup
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Cold water 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Other ingredients:
Potatoes 6 small
Wooden skewers as required
Oil for deep frying
Assorted toppings
Salt for toppingChili flakes for topping
Garlic powder for toppingCheese sauce/grated cheese for topping
Coriander leaves for topping
Method:
Take potatoes and insert the wooden skewers in the potato cut accordingly as directed in my live show.
Take bowl add all ingredients and mix well and sprinkle on potato with the help of spoon.
Deep fry in hot oil until crispy .
Add topping and serve hot.

Fried Chicken Drum Sticks
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks 4
Hot pepper sauce 4 tbsp
Yellow cornmeal 4 tablespoons
All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
vegetable oil for frying
Method:
Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Pour sauce over chicken, seal bag, and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. The longer the chicken marinate.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large skillet
Combine the flour, cornmeal, and salt in another re sealable plastic bag. Add the drumsticks, seal bag, and shake to coat.
Fry the chicken, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Turn occasionally to brown evenly.
Churros
Ingredients:
Water 1 cup
Butter 6 tbsp
Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
Vanilla extracts 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Oil for frying
Cinnamon & sugar for coating
Ingredients for chocolate sauce:
Dark chocolate chips 3/4 cup
Heavy cream 3/4 cup
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
