Hello Moni, I got a lower score from the Pearson's Scored test, as compared to the PTE Magic mock test, especially in Speaking. Please advise

Ma’am, I tried to take the mock test and also the practice test but my speaking score was “O”. 😅 I don't know maybe the problem was because of my headphone or microphone but on the other website, I got good scores.
