so, for the people not in the know, there have been several remakes and restarts of the movie/series to make this movie into a worthy rendition. its come far from a director who did not really understand the game and could barely grasp the lure to another director who thought it'd be easier to make a story based off of the game. the people who have played this game absolutely love this game and its perfect to show on the big screen. but to do that, you need a REALLY good director, one who is a fan of the original works and will not accept anything that a fan of this series would not.the final director for this film seems like a good fit and seems to know what he's doing. and instead of getting a "based on" movie. we are getting the real deal. lets all hold our breath for this one. i know darn well, if it go's to theaters, i'm seeing it.. i would love to go to a movie after avoiding the theater like the plague ever since co^id because, well we all know why... here's looking at you Disney!
