Baked Bean Pasta | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:

Oil
Onions
Curry leaves
Green chilli
Garlic (optional)
1 levelled tsp Cumin
1 levelled tsp Coriander
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder of 1 small cinnamon stick
1 levelled tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Chilli powder
&/ or a tsp Masala mix ( optional)
2 can Baked beans
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
1 tbs Butter
Salt to taste
2 spoonfuls pasta water
Sprinkle of cheese ( I used mozzarella & Gouda)
Fresh herbs or dried herbs

500grams macaroni or similar pasta

Mmmm...baked beans curry with pasta is one of my favourite comfort dishes! Just as yummy as baked bean curry bunny with cut up Fry's soya hotdogs mixed in.

I love dishes like this, and I'll be trying this one. Something I started doing with dishes like this, is to add some stock and the pasta into the main dish (I don't cook the pasta separately), and let the pasta cook and absorb the flavours form the all the ingredients. Seems to work well.
