I don't support Poppy Playtime (and neither should you)

The second they announced NFTs for the game, it was dead to me. Them preparing a movie for a $5 tech demo chapter proves all they care about is money.

I was never able to get any sort of interest in Poppy Playtime and I was a fnaf and batim kid back then, games like this would have gotten me interested quickly but something felt so off like something I couldn't pinpoint why, I just assumed I was growing out of it. But I wasn't expecting this to happen

The thing that really ticks me off is about coaster and being driven out of the animation community it's absolutely disgusting how they decided because one small animator didn't want to make a deal with them they were going to basically attack them and barely did anything when fans attacked coaster who was a minor I'm glad you made this video because hopefully it means that more people won't fall for this toxic company

Honestly what truly disappoints me the most is that Poppy Playtime could've actually been something amazing
That vent chase sequence was horrifying and was genuinely one of the best chases I've experienced in a while, such a shame that the Devs are so greedy.

Its good to see them having changed. They have quit with Fazbear and friends. (which was the series where they uploaded the exact same videos eith other thumbnails and titles.) They are now going back to the old style, without all the negativity, since they now run an entire popular game franchise. They are trying to fix the problems they have made, especially Isaac. Said in an old discord announcement somewhere i saw on twitter.

They're already pushing HARD with a movie, when the game's second chapter, let alone the whole thing, ISN'T EVEN OUT.

Update: So, as an update from replies down below, it's been clarified that the devs won't be working on the movie until after the game is finished. Still doesn't excuse the shady practices they do though, and once again a movie after one game seems like a hell of a jump.

I hadn't heard about the render thing, that's actually horrifying. I can see how disturbing content like that and bullying would put someone in a dangerously state of mind and I hope ekrcoaster has a lot of support to hopefully prevent things from getting so bad again.

I literally try to ignore this game as much as possible, but since I’m a fan of FNAF and horror, it’s always being reccomended to me on YouTube and I see content about it everywhere. This will literally be my FIRST exposure to the series + drama surrounding it.

This really saddens me because these animators are so talented. Huggy was such a well-animated, creepy as all hell monster that got me to feel what so many people talked about feeling when they first saw the animatronics in FNAF. So many small details make him terrifying and he's fairly simple in design and the chase was probably one of my favorite horror game chase sequences ever. Harassment is sadly very common in the video game industry and I wish it wasn't normalized.

Definitely gonna take a look at Venge. It's absolutely horrible what had happened to them and I hope they continue animating, however they decide to do so.
