Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! Here is a quick and easy lightly sweetened pumpkin cream cheese spread that you can make to use up any leftover pumpkin puree that you may have when only using part of a can for another recipe.

This spread is lightly sweetened, but you should feel free to add more sweetness if you would like it to be more than it already is. Pumpkin, maple syrup, salt and spices come together to make a delicious spread that is perfect for French toast, muffins, pumpkin bread or just plain toast or bagels in the morning, This is delicious and just enough to get you going.

if you sweetened it with powdered sugar so it was stiffer, then piped it into a thick line and froze it, wonder if it would hold up being baked INSIDE the pumpkin bread...
