He added both India and China still agree that a way out of the Russia-Ukraine crisis was through dialogue and cessation of hostilities.

I definitely wonder if China and India sorted their disputes and had an Asian Block then these Western Countries would've been "Shaky". I still hope China leaves it's aggressive attitude and war-mongering and start an Equal Asian Block with India, Russia, ASEAN and perhaps Japan and South Korea. This is the right moment for China and India to support their BRICS partner by buying Russian oil and gas to fill their Strategic reserves while the prices are right.

Japan has sent soldiers in defense of Ukraine India did not and Indians were taken hostage by Russia. I have not heard they all came back safely either. I assume Indians are now permanently staying in Russia until Russia says otherwise.
