Without dropping any table we can change import to direct query mode ? If we have more number tables and we could not know what are tables i have to load.

what if the fact table is coming from power bi dataset, I can't change the mode right? also in this situation, if I want to import table and have relationship between them, the result is limited relationship. can you advice how to work around this?
