We've all seen that side of DT before -in plain sight. Do we forget the way he chose to stalk behind Hillary at the debate, looming over her physically, using his size to attempt to intimidate a woman? The context was different, but the character of the man was the same.

I loved when Judge Merchan told Mr Blanche he was surprised Blanche didn't object more. It's now on record, so the Trump team can't come back with requesting a mistrial.

She noticed and remembered the things and details of the room so well because she didn't want to be in the situation. It's a trauma/fear thing that is super common. Those details might be insignificant but you remember them because you want to take yourself out of the situation that you're fearful of.

The defense could have objected more, and the judge has said he was surprised that they didn't because he would have sustained the objections. They didn't object, but now they want to cry foul. That's not a strong basis for an appeal.

The whole case has stemmed from the encounter. Some detailed testimony about it is warranted, or even required. The purpose of putting her on the stand wss to prove that it happened. Without such testimony, prosecution's case would be incomplete, and the jury would be left puzzled.
