The Phantom 100X is a current favourite. It's comfortable, controlled and the string pattern is 16x18 so bites the ball nicely for spin. It reminds me of a Pure Aero but is lowered powered and more comfortable. I've been using the 290g version with a leather grip, lead tape under the grip and lead tape in the hoop so it's about 310g unstrung and head light.

Great video - I like your categories, just minor differences but still distinctions. I really like my Speed MP L, which many reviewers don't cover and you did! You were spot on with how those light racquets compare to the power/versatile - I added the Head Boom MP recently and it helps me, depending on my level of fatigue, type of play, etc. Thanks, Tennisnerd!

Prince warrior 100 - great power/spin racquet and it's been $120 for years. I use the beast 100, the update to it that they discontinued for some reason

I'm currently rocking a 2002 babolat pure drive 100 with a 16x19 string pattern . An amazing racket to use but has worn out from top.

Would you consider reviewing the tecnifibre 295?

I think the Diadem Nova FS 100 should be mentioned as well. I've played with it at 22kg with 4 different strings and plays great overall.

I prefer the 100 sq inch head size and need a more control-oriented racquet. I play a lot of topspin and generally swing the balls hard, and I have been using the Pure Aero for its last two generations. However the power is too much for me, most of the times I find myself trying to slow down the pace due to lack of confidence - fear of ball flying out. So i've been considering to switch to a more control-oriented racquet for quite a long now as I can generate plenty of power myself. The Gravity Pro is a bit too heavy for me and currently, the Head Speed Pro 2022 is on top of my list. Can you please suggest me a good control racquet to switch to? I am also considering the Gravity MP and Strike 18*20. Thank you

The Dunlop FX Team 285 is a nice 100sq inch racquet.

I wonder why there isn’t a tour version of the head speed (between mp and pro)

Dunlop CX 400 Tour does not get the love it deserves

Great video. It is difficult to cover the 100 category because it is so massive. The players wanting mid size frames have less to choose from sadly. There are newer players that will never be exposed to smaller headsizes due to the prevalence of 98+ headsizes dominating the markets.

Any comments about the PS 6.1 100 v13?

I love 98s but I've been struggling hitting clean lately so on a whim I pulled an Angell TC 100 out of the bag and could immediately hit it well. Extremely satisfying. Where would you put the Angell TC 100 V4 in this group?
