Yeah but if you don't know Microsoft Excel or you don't have the certifications you're not going to get the job anyway so you might as well lie about it. I'm 32 in my experience most people who have the higher jobs faked it till they made it literally they just lied to get in there and then they just kind of do the bare minimum until they figure it out because every Superior I've ever had has been a complete and total idiot I always outshine my superiors in experience and skill. So the bottom line is just lie

The right to free speech isn't the right to lie. That's the worst mistake Americans have ever made. No you are NOT legally allowed to lie. You are allowed to speak.
