Every Easter my family would go to Fitzgerald's Restaurant on Lake Pontchartrain for stuffed lobsters and my Dad would always get us Shirley Temple's!!! Thank you for reminding me of a great memory!!

I have looked up several recipes on making this no one mentions mountain dew can use mountain dew to make this because I love mountain dew that's virtually the only soda I drink besides Pepsi on a standby

I don’t know if this is what it was, but Friendlys used to have ( what I thought) was called Shirley Temple as an option.

I used to get it as a kid. I only recently found out it was an alcoholic drink but my mom and grandma wasn’t concerned so the one friendlys had either wasn’t alcoholic or it was a different drink. I also remember it being a cherry red.

I don’t know if anyone knows what I’m referring too or if this is what I’m thinking of but I’d love to try it again

Too much syrup for sure. And needs more vodka too. .75 oz grenadine, 1.5oz vodka, 8oz sprite. This makes a perfect Shirley
