One thing common in all of their song stories is that '' the melody just came'', ''the lyrics/words just poured out''. And I absolutely love the fact that it just comes! :) Nothing planned, only God working in them. God be forever praised!

I don't know where i start, i hail from the continent of Africa and my prince of peace met me at an orphanage. I came to know Christ at an orphanage when i was less than 5 yrs and the prayer i made when i was little innocent child changed my life forever. God was the true friend that i had and i used to go on my knees and talk to him like a friend. God's soft, peaceful, and loving voice used to speak to me these same words i used to read in the children bible. I have been through so much and his same voice has never left me since then and now i'm in my 20's .My testimony is very long and i can't write it all. literary this song reminds me of the words God used to speak to me when i was that little scared child in an orphanage. I cry every time i listen this song because i know this song is real life. Thank you for this song.

My wife asked me to buy tickets to your worship session on May 13 in Los Angeles. We were excited and I bought the tickets on the morning of the 12th. My father passed away that afternoon. Needless to say I wasn't in the mood to go, but my wife insisted that I needed to get my mind off things. We would leave if I wasn't feeling "it". "It" turned out to be a message of peace through Hillsong's worship session. My heart is SO broken right now, as I learn to live life without my father on this earth; however, that night my soul was elevated to the Lord's loving arms and I felt such peace knowing he holds me in his arms and catches every tear that falls from my eyes. Ben said he didn't know why God wanted them to be there that night, but it was to help people like me to remember that I need to praise even through the storm.

Hillsong United I thank God for the continual anointing of your worship team. Being stationed overseas things can get chaotic and seem out of my control.
