fun fact: in the early days of MvM, medic was noted for being one of the weakest classes, being a defensive class in a gamemode all about maximizing damage output (healing is done by engineer parking his dispenser somewhere convenient). he got buffed by being able to revive players and could get an upgrade that allows him to project a shield. basically, the sound of medicine is a video dedicated to showcasing how he got better

It is a shame Spy isn't showcased in the MvM videos, but at the same time, it can be a bit difficult to make him work in MvM if you don't have the right upgrades or playstyle.

Every time you guys react to TF2 the nostalgia for me is absolutely insane, lots of memories of the whole Orange Box collection: Half-Life 2, this, and Portal. Man, to go back in time to when things at least seemed simpler... Anyways, fun reaction to watch as always, keep being the best! BTW, I hope everything worked out with Zoe. Love and Hugs! 🤗

The next official TF2 animation you should react is called The End of The Line!

End of the line is the last long one that remains that is official, it was basically a community project that Valve made official, the community got "funds" and made an entire update for the players

Some fun Team Fortress 2 facts:

- Despite the robots and advanced tech, TF2 actually takes place in the late 1960's.

- The Soldier isn't actually a soldier. He wanted to fight in WWII but was rejected from all branches of the military, so he just bought a plane ticket to Europe and went on a Nazi killing spree anyway.

- According to the comics, the Spy is canonically the Scout's father.

- Also according to the comics, the Pyro on the very first Team Fortress team was Abraham Lincoln.

- The Sniper was raised in Australia since infancy, but is actually originally from New Zealand, which is now at the bottom of the ocean (long story).

- Except for the Spy, Pyro, and possibly Soldier, all of the playable classes have had at least part of their true name revealed:

Scout - Jeremy
Demoman - Tavish Finnegan DeGroot
Heavy - Misha (short for Mikhail)
Engineer - Dell Conagher
Sniper - Mick Mundy
Medic - Ludwig
Soldier - John/Jane Doe (possibly, since that's also a military term for people whose identity is unknown)

Just some fun facts for you. Also, you guys should totally react to "GOD HAS LEFT THE SERVER" by TheRussianBadger. "ARMORLOCKARMORLOCKARMORLOCK" is also a great one

I completely forgot about these videos. They are cool. Also just curious, will you guys be reacting to fan made tf2 content? Because there is this series by The Winglet that I think you will both enjoy.

Y’know what’s funny... having this knowledge where the medic can heal the opposite team... is kind of weird because it doesn’t work like that in the general game except for Mann Vs. Machine...

1:24 I love how it looks like he's playing the guitars.

Fun fact: When medic revive Pyro Heavy and Soldier, they symbolize the four monkey statue, that means See no evil(Pyro) Say no evil(Scout) Hear no evil(Heavy) and Do no evil(Soldier)

Definetly react to the countless fan-made TF2 videos. There are some amazing ones, and then there are the ones that are just plain hilarious. I'd recommend starting with the Winglet channel, his work is probably the golden standard nowdays.

What's completely blown my mind is TF2 itself, it's 14 years old, no yah you read that right it's fourteen years old, it was initially released in 2007 and has not slowed down since. Some of it's current players are probably younger than it and most of the veteran players no longer play the game(a rare some still do), I've known of it since 2007 but I myself have a little under ~300 hours in it... Back in 2009-2013! And I've recently booted it back up a few months ago to play with a friend and hooooh boy! Has it ever changed! It's almost a different game and it almost blew my mind how much they had added and did with it. It really irks me when I hear people complaining about a lack of updates, and patches. Although the bot issue is iffy and the game is OLLLLD and the engine it runs on is older, so I can understand peoples complaints a little and understand the want for a TF3 to come out (which is wont they cant count to three). But isn't it incredible that 14years in it's still in Steams top ten most players on the platform?! Maybe it needs some fixing, and maybe it need to be put to rest but damn if it isn't a shinning example of how incredible VALVe is at making games.
