I am Ghanaian and to tell you how proud i am of Rwanda - i just love the country with all my heart. I will visit in 2020. I am in love with Rwanda from how you came from civil war less than 20 yrs ago and just developed so well. The country whose million people died and the whole world watched in silence. God has truly blessed you - You are now a true example to other failing african countries. My nation ghana is doign well too but i take my hat off to you-

Guys. It's called VISION CITY for a reason. The Rwandans probably have a vision of attracting professionals and business people from inside and outside the country to live there as their plans to develop economy pay off.

This has been done in Qatar too.

Build a city and then create opportunities for people who will need it in future.

They are preparing for the future instead of getting overwhelmed when the future comes.
